ARC

Privacy Policy

What we hold, and why.

ARC is built on discretion. This policy explains, plainly, what we collect when you apply, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you apply for membership, we collect the details you give us: your name, contact details, postal address, date of birth, profession and industry, social links, an optional photo, your areas of interest, your requested membership tier, any referral details, and the written answers you provide.

If you request Inner Circle, we also collect the self-declared profile information you choose to share. All of it is provided voluntarily by you.

How we use it

We use your information solely to review your application, to contact you about it, and, if you are accepted, to begin your membership. Every application is read personally and in confidence.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is stored

Your information is captured and stored within ARC's own systems. We do not pass it to a third-party CRM or marketing platform.

Referral details you provide are stored and flagged for our review. We do not contact a referrer without reason, and never automatically at the point you apply.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information held about you at any time. To do so, contact us and we will action your request.

By submitting an application you agree to this policy and to being contacted about your application.
